Panty and Stocking fanart! I always wanted to do a proper fanart for it eventually though....
I love Brief with his hair out of the way~ I always thought he was adorkable and then I loved him more after we saw his face haha.
I wonder if he'll put his hair back and wear his regular outfit in the new season? (Iftherereallyisoneandwe'renotbeingtrolled)
