Outfit swapping :0 Aliyah's dress looks horrible on Joe hahaha


I just wanted to see what Aliyah would look like in a waiter outfit. She'd be a terrible waiter cause of her bad attitude though.

So I picked a cosplay! I'm gonna do izzyninjajedi's fem!England cardverse design :DDD Because it's so pretty and ugh xD
I went out and bought the patterns I would need the other day \o/ I have yet to buy the actual fabric. I also learned that no, making gloves is not tracing my hand and sewing it up. Thank god my Mom knows some things about making clothes 8| I would have actually gone through with that.

My summer classes start next week I AM NOT READY FOR IT AHHH
Art wise though, I have a few wips for full pictures laying around. I'm honestly doodling less than I had hoped but eh. Spending too much time on tumblr

Haha Joe's clothes might look good in Aliyah if they were a little smaller!

I think being a waitress/waiter must be hard, because some people are very impatient sometimes. But I like her uniform very much~. And that fem!England cardverse design is so nicely done, how could I not have seen it before? :/ Andd good luck with the cosplay and the summer classes! Sounds like you'll be busy! (but that's good.)

DAMMIT TUMBLR it is also sapping my time to draw, what are we gonna do. I'd say careful on the profile of the face before the head gets too long for the skull, though. Aliyah's done just right, look at her!

She just told me to print a pattern off the internet and make adjustments to fit, lol. She doesn't really know much about accessories, just actual clothing.

Izy hasn't really drawn any other pictures o3o And I'm hoping to finish it for Hetalia Day! (And hoping there is an event OTL) But I plan to finish it completely before I go back to college, cause then I won't have a sewing machine anymore.

Ahh oh well. I need to put myself on something of an every other day hiatus or something. D8 So much for trying to stay away!

Profiles are still giving me such difficulty! I'll keep that in mind :D

That's not a bad idea. I had instructions I more or less followed from this site (http://www.glove.org/default.php) and it worked all right. They did indeed tell me to trace my hand, but I found you need to spread your fingers a bit and cut them really big. And then sew little gussets in between each finger, the width of the gusset being a little wider than your finger. I mean that's a horrible explanation but yeah. I promise I will take pictures of my gloves soon if you wanted to talk gloves for real.

I hope there's a Hetalia Day event here too! I don't know if there was one last year! When is it again? November?

Maybe every other day is a good idea, yeah...

I think Joe's clothes suit Aliyah a lot better than Aliyah's clothes suit Joe ^^' She seems to have the ability to pull off the baggy look. And I don't think I'd want her bringing me my food in a restaurant XDDD I bet she could get a job in a Japanese tsundere restaurant, though, haha

The thumb part of the glove is a separate piece of fabric, so there's more than just two pieces to a glove! :0
