It probably depends on what regular doujin it is XD Like some of the Spamano ones are very obviously shounen-ai and I know my mom would freak even if my dad didn't question it X'DD But oh, gosh, an 18+ one... would be even worse O.o' Especially if it has a super-graphic cover like you said.
